Regarding the quantity of floating balls

     Many customers ask us if we have a minimum order quantity when they make inquiries. Here, we will write an article specifically about the quantity of floating balls to explain. Our regular float ball has an inner diameter of 9.5mm, and our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces because we package it on plastic pallets. 1000 pieces is exactly one box, which is convenient for packaging and transportation. The regular float ball with an inner diameter of 15.5mm has a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces, which is also convenient for packaging and transportation. Other customized floating balls need to be analyzed on a case by case basis, as it is related to the raw materials. Some suppliers with materials require a higher minimum order quantity, resulting in a larger quantity of floating balls. If the raw materials are conventional, the quantity will be relatively less.  

     Many customers cannot understand why this minimum order quantity is set, because our floating balls are thrown heavy. If we only purchase 100/200 pieces at a time, the overall shipping cost will be higher than the price of the floating balls themselves, which is not cost-effective for customers and invisibly increases the unit price of the product. So after repeated calculations, we have found that this minimum order quantity is just a good deal and does not significantly increase the cost of the float. Therefore, we recommend that customers purchase our minimum order quantity.
