This SUS316L steel float ball 50*150 with M6 is a capsule type hollow sealed structure with two end circular arc heads. The middle section of the cylinder is precisely butt welded and fully formed, and the outer wall is polished with a high gloss finish. The surface is smooth and rounded, and it is not easy to adhere to medium impurities or crystal dirt. The lifting and running resistance is low. Standard M6 internal threaded holes are reserved at the end, which can be easily assembled with connecting rods and brackets into float valves, small level switches, and side mounted level transmitters. The installation and disassembly are flexible and adaptable to various assembly structures. The overall hollow sealed cavity structure has no liquid infiltration channel inside, and the structure is compact and small, suitable for small and medium-sized cylinders and narrow installation spaces.

The buoyancy reserve is sufficient, and slight fluctuations in the liquid level can drive the connecting rod and magnetic steel to move synchronously. The liquid level response is sensitive, and there will be no problems such as inability to float to the liquid level or delayed action. The individual weight is only 121g, and the lightweight design reduces the internal friction resistance of the cylinder, making it less likely to get stuck during long-term use.
