Sanlo factory’s high quality 50.8*200 Ti Float Ball with Higher Pressure is produced using titanium metal material according to the customer's requirements. The customer requires high pressure resistance of 12MPA, a weight of 269.7G, a specific gravity of 0.73, and a temperature range of 350-450 degrees. Under such high requirements, we recommend that the customer use titanium material to meet these demands while keeping the weight as light as possible. In order to maintain high pressure resistance, we have redesigned the pressure-resistant method by adding an inner lining, rather than adding reinforcing ribs on the outside. This ensures the aesthetic appearance of the 50.8*200 Ti Float Ball with Higher Pressure while also meeting its ultra-high pressure requirements.
