45*220 with Ti material it is customer made one float ball .  The long strip float is the most important component of the magnetic flap level gauge, consisting of the flap surface, float, upper alarm, fixed buckle, globe valve, lower alarm, body, limit sign, flange cover, and drain valve. The long strip float is the most important component of the magnetic flap level gauge. The normal use of the float is necessary for the entire level gauge to function properly. The working environment, pressure, temperature, and medium of the entire liquid level gauge are important factors that affect the selection of the float. The 45 * 220 floating ball requires a temperature resistance of 350 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 6MPA, which belongs to high pressure. The weight of the ball is 241G. Under such high technical requirements, we recommend that customers use titanium metal material, which can be lighter and more resistant to pressure.

The magnetic flap level gauge (also known as the magnetic float level gauge) is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving clear indication of the liquid level.
