45*220 with Ti material it is customer made one float ball .  The long strip float is the most important component of the magnetic flap level gauge, consisting of the flap surface, float, upper alarm, fixed buckle, globe valve, lower alarm, body, limit sign, flange cover, and drain valve. The long strip float is the most important component of the magnetic flap level gauge. The normal use of the float is necessary for the entire level gauge to function properly. The working environment, pressure, temperature, and medium of the entire liquid level gauge are important factors that affect the selection of the float. The 45 * 220 floating ball requires a temperature resistance of 350 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 6MPA, which belongs to high pressure. The weight of the ball is 241G. Under such high technical requirements, we recommend that customers use titanium metal material, which can be lighter and more resistant to pressure.

The magnetic flap level gauges (also known as magnetic float level gauges) operate based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. As the liquid level in the container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the level gauge tube moves up and down accordingly. The float's built-in permanent magnet magnetically drives the external magnetic flip indicator, causing it to flip 180 degrees. As the liquid level rises, the indicator turns from white to red; as it falls, it turns from red to white. The intersection of red and white on the indicator indicates the actual liquid level, providing intuitive and accurate liquid level indication.
