The 50*290 level gauge magnetic flap float ball is a slender cylindrical structure as a whole, with hemispherical heads welded and sealed at both ends. The weld seam is finely polished and polished, with a smooth and smooth surface that is not easy to hang or scale. The standard size has an outer diameter of 50mm and a total length of 290mm. There is reserved space inside the cavity for packaging permanent magnet steel, which is completely sealed without pores to prevent medium from penetrating into the interior. The smooth outer wall has low resistance during the liquid lifting process, runs smoothly, and will not deviate or jam due to the turbulent flow of the tank liquid, ensuring stable and reliable liquid level indication.
The main body is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel raw material, with a density that meets the buoyancy requirements of liquids. It is resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion, and water vapor oxidation, and can be used for a long time in water, oil, and weakly corrosive chemical media. Compared with ordinary carbon steel floating balls, its service life is greatly extended.

The floating ball relies on its overall density being lower than the measured liquid, and synchronously floats up and down with the height of the liquid level inside the storage tank. The built-in permanent magnet source moves with the float displacement, utilizing the magnetic coupling effect to drive the dual color magnetic flip panel on the outer side of the liquid level gauge to flip line by line. The blank and colored flip panels form a clear boundary, and on-site personnel can intuitively see the current liquid level height without the need for external power supply. The structure is simple and easy to maintain.
