45*500 Metal Titanium Magnetic Floating Ball

The titanium alloy magnetic flap level gauge float ball is the core buoyancy sensing component inside the magnetic flap level gauge. It is specially developed for tank level monitoring under strong corrosion, high pressure, and special medium conditions, and is also an indispensable key accessory in industrial fluid measurement and control systems. As shown in the figure, this floating ball adopts a slender cylindrical shape design, with rounded heads at both ends for smooth transition, avoiding the problem of stress concentration at sharp corners. The outer wall of the floating ball is uniformly processed with multiple circular groove patterns, which can improve the stability of liquid flow operation, reduce medium adhesion and scaling adhesion, and ensure smooth lifting and lowering of the floating ball without jamming.

This 45*500 metal titanium magnetic floating ball is depend on customer request , The S.G is 0.38, pressure is 18MPA ,  Temp :350-400degree ,  it is very higher pressure float ball . with the lower S.G , only can production it by Ti.The main body of the floating ball is made of high-quality titanium alloy raw materials, which are integrally formed and have corrosion resistance far exceeding that of conventional stainless steel floating balls. Faced with highly corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, seawater, brine, strong acidic and alkaline chemical solutions, and saline wastewater, titanium material has stable chemical properties and is not easily corroded or perforated by the media. It has a longer service life and is particularly suitable for harsh use scenarios such as chemical, petrochemical, sewage treatment, marine platforms, and fine pharmaceuticals. Compared to 304 and 316L stainless steel float balls, titanium alloy has a specific gravity that better meets the requirements of liquid level measurement. The buoyancy ratio is precise, and even small fluctuations in the liquid level can be sensitively captured. The liquid level feedback accuracy is higher.

The interior of the floating ball is sealed with high-strength permanent magnet steel, and the whole is completely sealed without leakage. When working, the floating ball relies on its own buoyancy to synchronously float up and down with the liquid level inside the storage tank. The built-in magnetic source penetrates the pipe wall and drives the dual color magnetic flap outside the level gauge to flip. There is no electrical contact or mechanical transmission wear, and the real-time liquid level height can be displayed intuitively on site. The structure is safe and reliable, with excellent explosion-proof properties, suitable for use in flammable and explosive medium storage tanks. The outer wall ring groove structure can also reduce the drift interference caused by turbulent flow of the medium. Even in containers with fast liquid flow velocity, it can maintain vertical and stable operation, avoiding jamming and deviation that may cause distortion of liquid level display
