45 * 260 is an extended version of 45 * 220. For the titanium metal material, we use the existing diameter titanium material to form it in one piece. The titanium metal tube sizes are 45 and 50, but there is no 48 size. Therefore, a floating ball with a diameter of 45CM can be better used in a liquid level gauge with a main pipe of 50cm, and is not easily affected by the liquid inside the tube. We use grade 4 titanium for the production of 45 * 260 floating balls, and conduct density and pressure tests before leaving the factory to ensure that the product is 100% problem free before sending it to customers. Our stress test is conducted three times, each time for 30 minutes. Generally, the pressure used for testing is 1MPA higher than that used for float production.

Customized floating balls generally require customers to provide specific parameters, drawings, or samples. The specific gravity, medium, weight, pressure, temperature, and other parameters of the floating ball are indispensable. The magnet for the float ball of the magnetic flap level gauge is generally fixed, with S and N levels. The size and magnetic force of the magnet are analyzed and determined based on the size of the float ball. Generally, the production lead time for this type of floating ball is about 7-10 days. If it is customized, it needs to be longer because samples need to be sent to customers for confirmation before the formal production of the ordered products can be carried out to ensure that the samples and ordered products meet customer needs.
