Product Introduction

Sanlo durable and high quality metal hartz alloy float ball-48*400 is customer made one depend on customer drawing. HASTELLOY C-276 has good resistance to oxidative and moderate reducing corrosion, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion. The customer needs to use highly corrosive liquids, so they chose HC276 with good corrosion resistance. The metal hartz alloy floating ball-48*400 has a diameter of 48 and a length of 400. Because the pressure needs to reach 4.5MPA, we have made improvements in the design by adding many reinforcing ribs inside the float, which not only maintains the appearance of the float but also ensures its pressure resistance. Our HC materials are all produced using genuine materials from the original manufacturer. So it ensures the quality of the product.  

During the production process, we will weld each floating ball from the hemisphere to the pipe. We will randomly check and verify the drawings from time to time. After the overall assembly is completed, we will conduct a pressure test on each product, and send a video to the customer with a test report. Ensure that each product meets the customer's requirements.  

Customized floating balls generally require customers to provide specific parameters, drawings, or samples. The specific gravity, medium, weight, pressure, temperature, and other parameters of the floating ball are indispensable. The magnet for the float ball of the magnetic flap level gauge is generally fixed, with S and N levels. The size and magnetic force of the metal hartz alloy float ball-48*400 are analyzed and determined based on the size of the float ball. If the customer has special requirements, please let us know and we will help the customer analyze and determine a specific solution that is suitable for the customer. Generally, the production lead time for this type of floating ball is about 7-10 days. If it is customized, it needs to be longer because samples need to be sent to customers for confirmation before the formal production of the ordered products can be carried out to ensure that the samples and ordered products meet customer needs.
