This 51*400 steel float ball for tank is a long cylindrical capsule type hollow sealed floating ball, with both ends fully welded and sealed with curved heads. The overall surface has undergone mirror polishing treatment, which is smooth and not easy to hang on the wall, crystallize, or adhere to viscous media. It has low lifting resistance inside the cylinder and runs smoothly and stably. One end of the floating ball is reserved with an integrated M6 external thread structure, which can be directly connected to the connecting rod, bracket, and magnetic component, making assembly convenient and disassembly and maintenance simple. Extending the axial length by 400mm provides stronger guidance inside the liquid level cylinder, making it less prone to lateral deviation and rotation during liquid level fluctuations and turbulence. It can maintain a vertical operating posture at all times, effectively avoiding problems such as liquid level display jumping and signal false triggering. The overall hollow sealed cavity structure has no leakage gaps, and the interior can be encapsulated with permanent magnet steel as needed, suitable for magnetic coupling liquid level sensing solutions.

1.316L material has excellent corrosion resistance

Using low-carbon molybdenum content 316L stainless steel, compared with ordinary 304 stainless steel, it has stronger resistance to chloride ions, salt spray, weak acid and alkali, industrial wastewater, and oil corrosion. The weld area is resistant to intergranular corrosion, suitable for wet and mild corrosion conditions such as water treatment, food and pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, HVAC storage tanks, etc. It is not easy to penetrate and leak water after long-term immersion, and has a long service life.

The weight of each unit is 326g, with an extended structure and balanced weight distribution. It runs smoothly and is not easily stuck in the cylinder.

The M6 external thread at the end is an industry standard interface that is compatible with the vast majority of side mounted liquid level switches, float valves, and external connecting rod level transmitters.
