This type it is steel Float Ball ---85*17MM with hook ,made with SUS316L . our normal one it is SUS304 and also we have stock for it . For same size we also have 85*17 with hole. Material can be changed it as customer request . Some customer need sus304 /sus316L /Ti . we can do all .And for this type, we upgraded technology, more pressure resistant than before, and more beautiful appearance.

This product is used by customers in large oil or water tanks, with one end connected by screws to act as a switch in the tank. When the water or oil level drops below the control line, the float will activate the switch, allowing water to flow in and fill the entire tank. When the water is full, the float will close the inlet and stop adding water.

Regarding the issue of order quantity：

Regarding the fixed quantity of floating balls, Sanlo has the following distinctions:

1.For regular products, the minimum order quantity for small-sized floating balls is generally 500-1000 pieces, and for products with a pipe size of 15.5, the minimum order quantity is 540 pieces. This quantity is convenient for workers to pack and fits perfectly into a large box.

2.Regarding customized products, for general customized products, a minimum of 5000-10000 pieces are required for small-sized products, while for large-sized products, specific communication is needed. If the quantity of customized products is too small, we cannot purchase raw materials and magnets. Generally, raw material manufacturers have a minimum order quantity of 1 ton. So for customized products, we usually recommend customers to have a quantity.

3.Regarding samples, for new customers, we usually provide 3-5 standard sized floating balls for testing, but the customer needs to arrange transportation.
