Its shape is cylindrical through-hole shape, saturated magnetized and smooth surface without pits and color is silver white. This product features a through-hole design with a seamless welded tube in the middle. Product Features

Samarium Cobalt Magnet with Higher Pressure is working in level switch or level gauge, which helps the liquid level gauge achieve water level control balance. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the pipeline with changes in the liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the levitation ball attracts the reed tube at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing a change in the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output.

Product process

Ingredients and Melting

Raw material ratio: Mix neodymium, iron, boron and other metal raw materials in proportion (other elements such as dysprosium and terbium may also be added to improve performance).

Smelting: Put the raw materials into a vacuum melting furnace, melt them into an alloy at high temperature, and then cool them to form an ingot.

Crushing and Grinding: The ingot is broken into small pieces and then ground into micrometer sized alloy powder using equipment such as air flow grinding to ensure good magnetic orientation of the powder.

Forming

Compression molding: Applying pressure to alloy powder in a mold, while possibly coordinating with magnetic field orientation, to make the magnetic domain arrangement of powder particles consistent, forming a green body with preliminary magnetism.

Isostatic pressure forming (optional): For high-performance magnets, isostatic pressing technology may be used to further compact the body, improve density and uniformity.

Sintering and tempering

Sintering: Place the green body into a sintering furnace and sinter it at high temperature to form a strong metallurgical bond between the powder particles, thereby enhancing the magnetic properties and strength of the magnet.

Tempering treatment: After sintering, tempering is carried out to eliminate internal stress, optimize magnetic properties and microstructure.

Machining

According to the requirements, the sintered magnet is cut, ground, drilled, and processed into specific shapes (such as circular, square, circular, etc.)

Surface Treatment

To prevent oxidation and corrosion of magnets, surface coating treatment is commonly carried out through processes such as electroplating (such as galvanizing, nickel), spraying epoxy resin, or phosphating.

Magnetization and Testing

Magnetization: Magnetizing a magnet in a strong magnetic field using a magnetizer to obtain stable magnetism.

Performance testing: Test the magnetic flux, remanence, coercivity and other magnetic performance indicators of the magnet, as well as whether the size and surface quality meet the requirements.
