Sanlo Samarium Cobalt Block Magnet helps the liquid level gauge achieve water level control balance. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the pipeline with changes in the liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the levitation ball attracts the reed tube at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing a change in the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output. Our XMT series digital control instrument (or DSB type optical column digital display instrument) can be selected to measure the liquid level remotely, and upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to achieve positional control of the liquid level.
Alternatively, other regulators can form a liquid level constant value adjustment system to achieve continuous PID adjustment of the liquid level.

Classification and characteristics of performance grades
1、SmCo5 (1:5 type).
Maximum magnetic energy product: 15-24 MGOe (approximately 120-192 kJ/m ³).
Working temperature: up to 250 ℃.
Characteristics: Easy to saturate magnetization, suitable for online magnetization, but less commonly used in the market.
2、Sm2Co17 (2:17 type).
Maximum magnetic energy product: 22-32 MGOe (approximately 176-256 kJ/m ³).
Working temperature: up to 350 ℃ (T series can reach 550 ℃).
Subclass designation:
H series: High intrinsic coercivity, such as 32H (Br ≥ 1.14T), suitable for high stability scenarios.
T series: High temperature resistant upgraded version, such as T350, can maintain a linear demagnetization curve in environments above 350 ℃ through coating protection.
L series: Low temperature coefficient, suitable for precision fields such as aviation and medical.
