1.The material has outstanding corrosion resistance
316L stainless steel with added molybdenum element has much better resistance to chloride ion corrosion and acid alkali salt spray than 304 stainless steel. It can be soaked in seawater, saltwater, chlorine containing chemical wastewater, weak acid and weak alkali oil media for a long time, and is not easy to pitting or perforation. It has a longer service life in coastal working conditions, sewage treatment, and salt chemical scenarios. Low carbon components can also avoid intergranular corrosion after welding, and the sealing performance of the head weld is more stable.
2. With a length of 50 × 390, it has stable buoyancy and strong anti-interference ability
The longer axial length allows the floating ball to have a more vertical posture inside the cylinder, making it less likely to overturn or deviate during liquid turbulence and liquid level fluctuations.
