The 50 * 240 metal titanium float ball is designed for magnetic flap level gauges. It requires a pressure resistance of 10MPA (belonging to the high-pressure series), a weight of 339.5G, a temperature of 350 degrees Celsius, and can be used in clean water. We process it by purchasing genuine raw materials, adding reinforcing ribs to the float ball body, laser welding, and using the method of adding steel to achieve the customer's specified standard weight. Before leaving the factory, we must undergo 3 pressure tests, each lasting more than 1 hour, with a pressure of about 11MPA. After 3 pressure tests without any problems, we will ship each product to the customer to ensure that it is of high quality.

The material selection of the magnetic flip board float is determined based on the environment in which the float is applied, generally taking into account a series of factors such as liquid medium, pressure, density, specific gravity, weight, temperature, etc., to determine which material to use. The general material is SUS304, which is used in ordinary clean water or non corrosive liquids, and in environments with low pressure, technical requirements, and low pressure requirements. SUS316L material is suitable for corrosive liquids and is used in environments with normal pressure, room temperature, and slightly higher temperatures. Metal titanium and HC276 are used for float balls that require high pressure, light weight, specific gravity, and harsh environmental conditions, which require high technical requirements. This 50 * 240 customer requires it to be used at a pressure of 10MPA, which is a high pressure requirement. Therefore, we recommend customers to use metal titanium.
