Product Introduction

Sanlo high quality magnetic flap floating ball SUS316L 45*220 is also produced according to customer requirements. There is no international standard size for the magnetic flip floating ball, and each model is made with subtle changes according to customer requirements, such as pressure, specific gravity, temperature, medium, etc. These differences will affect the thickness of the raw materials and the choice of materials for production, which are closely related. This product requires a relatively high pressure of 6MPA from customers. Generally, if it exceeds 2MPA, it falls within the medium to high pressure range. The specific gravity of this product is 0.74, which is a normal specific gravity and does not belong to the category of lightweight floating balls. If the specific gravity is below 0.6, it is considered a low specific gravity requirement and the material needs to be changed, such as TI or Monel.

The usage method of magnetic flap floating ball SUS316L 45*220 mainly includes two parts: installation steps and daily maintenance:

Installation steps

Confirm the direction of float density: the end with higher density faces downwards, and the end with lower density faces upwards.  ‌

Insert float: Place the magnetic flap floating ball SUS316L 45*220 into the liquid level gauge tube to ensure correct orientation.  ‌

Check the flipper: Ensure that the flipper can flip normally with the movement of the float.  ‌

routine maintenance

Platform spacing: When passing through a steel platform, maintain a distance of ≥ 100mm between the pipe wall and the platform edge to avoid magnetic interference.  ‌

Vertical installation: Ensure that the angle between the liquid level gauge and the horizontal plane is ≥ 87 ° to avoid deviation affecting the movement of the float.  ‌

Operation sequence: When opening the valve, first open the upper gate valve, and then open the lower gate valve to prevent differential pressure from damaging the float.  ‌

Waste treatment: After regularly emptying the medium, remove the magnetic flap floating ball SUS316L 45*220 and remove surface iron filings or dirt.  ‌

Signal interference: Check the grounding of the cable shielding layer and use a signal isolator if necessary.  ‌

Notes:

Do not use strong magnets to pull the float for inspection to prevent magnetic weakening.  ‌

Avoid severe vibration or collision with the liquid level gauge, which may affect the sensitivity of the flip column.
